Skin Care Tips for Hot and Humid Climate

Use a lot of sunscreen not only on the face, but also on exposed areas of skin.
Use fresh water to clean the face and use a moisturizer to keep the skin well ventilated so that it does not get dry.
Try to release all kinds of stress, which affects the skin negatively.
Use home-made facials with herbal background to give the skin a fresh look even in humid climatic conditions.
Use a product for facial, which does not contain alcohol. It helps retain the moisture of the skin effectively.
Drink a large volume of water in divided doses to retain the water balance of the skin.
Drinking green coconut water is a great feeling in the weather.
Take fresh and juicy fruits, home-made yoghurt and green vegetables in your daily food intake.
Sleep well and let the skin enjoy relief from hot and humid atmospheric conditions.
Carry an umbrella when you go outside, wear dark sunglasses and avoid direct sunlight as much as possible.
Carry facial wipes for your face in outdoors.
Use home-made sandalwood paste for reddish patches on the skin due to intense heat.
