Check Out Benefits of Eating Mangoes – The Season Comes Now !




The season for Mango is approaching here in India. It is a great fruit containing all kinds of vitamins, i.e. Vitamin A, B1, B2, B6 and C and minerals, carbohydrates, proteins and fiber. It can also be used to remove blemishes on the skin such as pimples and acne when you take it as a food. However, you should not rub the mango peel directly on the skin, which may cause allergic reactions. The mango peel is eaten as pickles. You can also eat the skin of the ripe mango, which is full of anthocyanins and carotenoids, powerful antioxidants that help delay the aging process and protect against many diseases. These elements help fight arthritis, diabetes and certain conditions in Alzheimer’s disease. It also helps increase the body resistance to fight several diseases. Researchers in Australia have found out positive effect of eating mangoes with peel for losing body weight. Certain kinds of mangoes contain elements that help arrest the formation of fat cells in the human body. In some parts of India, elderly people eat mangoes with peels to keep excellent health conditions. Eating the unripe mango with peels is believed to offer relief in morning sickness.



Mango helps prevent heart diseases because it is a rich source of Vitamin A, B6, E and selenium, which helps lower homocysteine levels in the blood and protects blood vessel linings.
Mango helps lower LDL cholesterol because of the presence of pectin and Vitamin C.
Mango helps lower blood pressure because of its rich contribution of potassium, which helps regulate blood pressure levels.
Mango helps promote eye health because of the presence of Vitamin A, the antioxidant responsible for promoting eye health and for guarding against age related macular degeneration 
Mango is beneficial for the skin because of Vitamin A, which helps stimulate blood circulation under the skin in the mucous membrane relieving clogged pores on the skin.
Regular intake of the mango helps improve immunity and stops the chance of contracting flu and cold.
Mango juice, yogurt and ginger make a beneficial combination for the digestive problem. Eating a ripe mango helps relieve constipation. 
In prickly heat and exhaustion conditions, make a combination of green mango by oiling it in water. Squeeze the cold pulp in a container and mix sugar, black salt and salt in it to prepare a drinking mixture.
Make a combination of ripe mango pulp, cardamom, honey and saffron in rose water, which is helpful in removing mental and body weakness.
